The impact of demographic change in Europe differs markedly and requires specific adaptation strategies that are orientated towards the quality of life of poeple. It is not possible to achieve this aim with the current predominant strategies. We as Greens consider demographic change as a chance for new and innovative possibilities to shape social life and manage social cohesion.
